He is a seasoned industrial graphic specialist with a career spanning over three decades, entirely dedicated to the flexographic printing process. Since 1989, he has gained extensive experience across the full flexo workflow, from design and prepress to plate making and pressroom operations.

Throughout his career, he has held various key roles including technical sales support, product management, business development, and technical training.
Since 2017, Stefano has operated as an independent consultant, focusing exclusively on technical education and professional training in flexography. He is the founder and manager of flexo.expert and flexo.training, platforms dedicated to advancing knowledge and expertise in flexographic printing. He delivers training both independently and in collaboration with technical institutes in Italy and abroad.

Stefano is a Level III Certified Implementation Specialist under the FIRST (Flexographic Image Reproduction Specifications & Tolerances) program by FTA USA. He serves on the Executive Board of the Flexo Quality Consortium and the FIRST Leadership Committee of FTA. In Europe, he actively collaborates with ATIF (Italian Technical Association for Flexography), FTA Europe, and is a member of TAGA Italia.

He has worked for 10 years in GMG’s technical department for all of Latin America. He is currently in charge of sales in the Andean region. Among his expertise, he holds certifications in Color Management, Plate Handling and Manufacturing, Water- and Solvent-Based Ink Handling, and recently acquired technical knowledge of central drum printing machines, rotogravure printing, in-line machines (Narrow Web), and lamination with BOBST.

Jaime is currently the Technical Manager for Flexography Applications at Kodak for Latin America.

He has been in the graphic arts industry for over 20 years, designing and developing customized solutions for each client, creating added value and differentiation in Miraclon’s product portfolio.

Jaime has supported the development of various markets, including flexography, commercial printing, newspapers, and digital printing, leading, together with Kodak and now Miraclon, the conversion to digital technologies in several countries.

He has extensive experience in developing optimal prepress environments, workflow optimization, color solution implementation, new technology development, and press optimization in flexography. Jaime has been in charge of developing Kodak Flexcel NX technology in Latin America since 2009.

With 25 years of experience in the graphics industry, starting at Kodak Polychrome Graphics and joining the Graphic Communications Group of Kodak de México in 2005, I held various positions, from Account Manager to Sales, Marketing, and Service Manager, and my last position was CtP and Software Sales Manager for InterLAR North.

From 2007 to 2014, I served as Western Regional Manager for Grupo Sanchez, developing the market in the offset ink, solvent-based, and water-based liquid ink segments, as well as the line of plate and chemical sales materials.

In 2016, I joined Toyo Ink Mexico as Sales Manager, developing distribution channels.

And in 2017, I received an invitation from Hybrid Software. In 2019, a reorganization took place, and I was appointed Director for Latin America within the Hybrid Software Americas LLC organization.

I am passionate about my work, especially everything related to technological advances. Outside of work, I am a swimmer and cyclist. I am in the process of returning to triathlon, passionate about barbecues, and a tequila taster.
